Malachi
• Malachi 1:6–7 But you say, ‘How have we despised your name?’ By offering polluted food upon my altar.
• Malachi 1:11 from the rising of the sun to its setting my name will be great among the nations
• Malachi 1:14 Cursed be the cheat who has a male in his flock, and vows it, and yet sacrifices to the Lord what is blemished.
• Malachi 2:2 If you will not listen, if you will not take it to heart to give honor to my name…I will curse your blessings.
• Mal2:5 My covenant w/him was one of life &peace, &I gave them to him. It was a covenant of fear, &he feared me. He stood in awe of my name.
• Malachi 2:6 True instruction was in his mouth…He walked with me in peace and uprightness, and he turned many from iniquity.
• Malachi 2:8 But you have turned aside from the way. You have caused many to stumble by your instruction. You have corrupted the covenant
• Malachi 2:14 the LORD was witness between you &the wife of your youth, to whom you have been faithless, though she is…your wife by covenant
• Malachi 2:15 So guard yourselves in your spirit, and let none of you be faithless to the wife of your youth.
• Malachi 2:16 “For the man who does not love his wife but divorces her, says the LORD, the God of Israel, covers his garment with violence”
• Malachi 2:17 you say, ‘How have we wearied him?’ By saying, ‘Everyone who does evil is good in the sight of the LORD, &he delights in them’
• Malachi 3:6 “For I the LORD do not change”
• Malachi 3:8 Will man rob God? Yet you are robbing me. But you say, ‘How have we robbed you?’ In your tithes and contributions.
• Malachi 3:10 Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. And thereby put me to the test
• Malachi 3:13–14 But you say, ‘How have we spoken against you?’ You have said, ‘It is vain to serve God.’
• Malachi 3:16 a book of remembrance was written before him of those who feared the LORD and esteemed his name.
• Malachi 3:18 you shall see the distinction between the righteous & the wicked, between one who serves God & one who does not serve him.
• Malachi 4:1 the day is coming, burning like an oven, when all the arrogant & all evildoers will be stubble.. shall set them ablaze
• Malachi 4:2 for you who fear my name, the sun of righteousness shall rise…You shall go out leaping like calves from the stall.
• Mal4:5–6 I will send you Elijah the prophet…he will turn the hearts of fathers to their children & the hearts of children to their fathers
